I am looking for a fic that I read years ago.

Jim got Alex Barnes pregnant in South America.  She is in a mental hospital in Cascade and Jim visits her everyday.
Blair is somewhat jealous (not sure if this was slash or not).  It ends when she dies in childbirth and Jim asks
Blair to raise the baby with him.

I have been reading D.L. Witherspoon's family series in their chronological order. It says that Family Discord is the 7th story and the next story, Where We Belong is the 9th in the series.
